Even though you may have completed training with another brand that offers similar treatments, the knowledge, application and ingredients will be very different between each brand of straightening. Our training courses are specified for use of Nature Eva products only to ensure effective and safe results.

Yes, once you have completed the training course, your International Nature Eva Certificate will be hand signed and sent to you with your next order. Nature Eva training certificates certify you for the use of Nature Eva products only, not professional treatments in general.

No, online training is intended for individual training. Certificates will only be signed with an individuals name, not a salon or business name. If you wish to receive training for your whole salon, in-person training will be the best option for you.

COURSES

To sign up for any of the available courses, navigate to the Dashboard and log in. If you don’t already have an account, you will be prompted to sign up. Once, logged in, you will be able to purchase a course and after checking out, you will have the enrolled course in your dashboard.

Yes indeed! Nature Eva Training courses are accredited with CPD Certification Services UK. Find us here: www.cpduk.co.uk/providers/nature-eva
Once payment has been made, you will have 14 days to watch through and take notes on all of the theory training videos. Once you have completed the theory, you will then have 4 weeks to complete your practical on a model of your choice and upload the videos and images of your process and results and complete the quiz.
No, your course login details are exclusive to you and must not be shared. If a colleague or friend would like to complete the online training they must purchase the course themselves to receive their own certificate.

Yes, we provide the option to pay in 3 or in 30 days with Klarna.

No, we do not offer refunds for our online training courses. Once you have paid you must complete the course to receive your certificate. 

If you have not received your products after 5 working days, please contact us.
